Romans 12:15 As a christian family, we need to be happy for our brothers and sisters when good things come their way, showing and sharing that joy with them. We also need to comfort them when they face difficult times. If we love our brethren like we should, we will care about how they feel, and we will do what we can to avoid the temptation of envying their good fortune.
